Here's how the Lease works:
1. You choose a female from our list
2. You pretend that she belongs to you--
pay her board and any vet expenses for the term of her pregnancy--
3. when the cria is born, you own it.
We will even guarantee a female!

The mom reverts to us, and the cria goes on your board bill.
When it weans from its mother, you may continue boarding here
or take the cria to your own ranch if you are all set up.

AWH Rockstar's Accoyo Pat Benatar is a real rock star. She is a big-boned, heavy-fleeced full Accoyo female with parents and grandparents to make anyone envious. She is classic Accoyo! She births easily and takes great care of her new fawn little girl by Derwydd's Accoyo Ch'aska.

Patti's daddy is Our Accoyo Rockstar, one of Torbio's best sons, Herdsire of the Year, and the epitome of SURI. Her mama is Soraya, the daughter of the famous Accoyo Baron Lafite. Soraya is a solid girl and a great mom, which she passed to her daughter.

Patti's first cria is a ball of fire. She is medium fawn and full Accoyo. Her legs are straight and strong, her fleece has high luster and there's lots of it. She has a perfect wedge-shaped face, and she's covered with wrinkles--meaning there is even more fleece on its way! You will get more like this one with this mom.

Pat Benatar is being offered bred to AWH Torbio's Storm Warning--a blend of Torbio and Apache bloodlines and 29/32 Accoyo. She is ready to be taken home to your ranch, or boarded at Windy Hill if you purchase her.
You couldn't go wrong with this girl!

We can negotiate financing for your herd purchase.
